Job summary

LinkSquares, a Boston-based AI-powered CLM SaaS leader, seeks an Accounting Associate to own the full invoice-to-cash cycle and support general accounting operations. You will be the primary contact for customer billing, assist with month-end close, audits, and system integrations in a high-growth environment.

The role offers exposure to GAAP, NetSuite, and automation tools, with room to grow within Finance and cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience with accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting and month-end close processes.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial software; experience with NetSuite, Carta or Bill.com preferred.
• Interest in automation and modern software tools to optimize processes and scale workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end invoice-to-cash workflow: generate invoices, apply payments, and maintain NetSuite data.
• Monitor balances, drive dunning, resolve disputes with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Serve as primary billing contact, address inquiries, provide balance summaries for clients.
• Record AR journals, prepare reconciliations, assist with P&L tasks for month-end close.
• Support annual audits with schedules and documentation per US GAAP; liaise with auditors.
• Assist in AP, process docs and system checks (NetSuite, Bill.com).
