Responsibilities include:

1. Applying customer payments by recording cash, checks, lockbox, local deposits, and credit card transactions.
2. Auditing Expense Reports as assigned.
3. Responding to customer inquiries as necessary.
4. Monitoring the Accounts Receivable "Hotline" daily.
5. Processing Direct Ship Invoices to customers.
6. Reprinting and mailing invoices as needed.
7. Scanning and indexing Credit Memos, Tax Certificates, Manual Invoices, Customer Data Forms.
8. Filing expense reports for document retention.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.
