Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (required).
• Experience processing 20+ invoices per month.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
• Process and track 20+ invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records within Sage Intacct
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues
• Assist with month-end close and AR reporting
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and internal policies
