Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR team, ensure timely cash applications, and optimize credit control across markets. You will drive KPI reporting, process improvements, and risk management in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and contribute to Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture initiatives while upholding Nestlé’s compliance and control standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management & Control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train AR team to achieve KPI goals.
• Ensure proper AR controls and reporting across markets.
• Oversee credit data attributes and customer master data projects.
