WM is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to own end-to-end collections for a customer portfolio and mentor offshore support personnel. The role drives cash flow, revenue, and process improvements across Order to Cash, partnering with Sales, Billing, and other Finance teams.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will have end-to-end collection responsibility for a portfolio of customers, developing effective collection practices and providing training to their assigned offshore support personnel. The Accounts Receivable Analyst is expected to drive financial results and partner effectively with all Order to Cash (O2O) colleagues to deliver process improvement objectives that improve customer service levels, maximize revenue, improve cash flow, and minimize bad debt write-offs.

The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $63,100-$72,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
