Job summary

Americold is seeking an AR Analyst to actively manage a complex A/R portfolio, focusing on root-cause analysis and timely issue resolution to improve cash flow and payment performance. The role requires strong Excel skills, SOX awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will collaborate with customers, business development, and internal partners to drive process improvements and reduce AR exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AR, accounting or finance within order-to-cash
• Experience with large ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Manage an AR portfolio with root-cause analysis to optimize cash flow
• Proactively monitor aging, resolve discrepancies and customer inquiries timely
• Analyze accounts to identify trends, risks, and process improvements
• Assess risk of non-collection and recommend holds, payment plans or reserves
• Resolve unapplied and on-account cash and lead cross-functional discussions
