Job summary

Experis is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in South Brunswick, NJ to support Finance Operations, AR, and Sales Billing. You will handle payment processing, reconciliation in SAP, and data flow improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate possesses a college degree, experience in high-volume AR, and strong Excel, Outlook, and Power BI skills. SAP ECC/S4 experience and exposure to High Radius are advantageous for digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in high-volume accounts receivable or finance support roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Exposure to High Radius and CP G/E-commerce domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and reconciliation.
• Assist in resolving billing blocks and managing data flow for smooth transactions.
• Update dashboards and prepare metrics using Power BI and SAP data extracts.

• Support daily accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and reconciliation in SAP and cloud-based systems.
• Assist in resolving billing blocks and managing sales data flow to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Update dashboards and compile key metrics for reporting purposes using Power BI and SAP data extracts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain and other departments to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
• Document standard procedures and support SAP S4 readiness initiatives for digital transformation.

What's Needed?

• College degree required, with experience in high-volume accounts receivable or finance support roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and experience with Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
