Job summary

ProKatchers LLC seeks an Accounts Receivable Analyst II for a 10-month hybrid role in Cranbury, NJ. You will support daily e-commerce A/R operations, perform reconciliations, process payments, and contribute to SAP data entry and reporting.

You will leverage SAP S4/HANA, Power BI, and automation tools to improve accuracy and cycle times. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and experience in high-volume A/R, with strong Excel, Outlook, and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce A/R operations, including reconciliations and payment processing.
• Manage sales billing, resolve blocks, monitor order flow across channels.
• Use SAP ECC/S4HANA and automation tools for reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain Power BI dashboards and key I2C metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and document SOPs.
• Assist with SAP S4 transformation initiatives.

Duration: 10 Months

Pay: $33/Hourly

Job Description:

• Support daily E-commerce Accounts Receivable (A/R) operations, including reconciliations, sales validation, payment processing, and SAP data entry.
• Manage sales billing activities by resolving billing blocks, monitoring order flow, and supporting retail, wholesale, and D2C billing processes.
• Utilize SAP (ECC/S4 HANA) and Invoice-to-Cash tools while assisting with Blackline/HighRadius reconciliations and automation projects.
• Prepare and maintain reports, Power BI dashboards, and key I2C metrics, ensuring accurate financial data and supporting SAP S4 transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales, pricing, and master data issues while documenting SOPs and supporting new brand integrations.
• Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree, experience in high-volume A/R or finance operations, proficiency in SAP, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI, along with strong attention to detail, reliability, communication, and operational excellence.
