Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate records and timely payments. The role covers AR operations, collections, customer master data, and reporting, with a focus on process improvement and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable and basic accounting principles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and AR records.
• Apply customer payments via ACH, wire, checks, credit cards.
• Investigate unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances.
• Process credit memos and account corrections per approval procedures.
• Support month-end AR close activities.
