Job summary

ReloQuest Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager to join our accounting team. You will process, track, and record A/R and A/P in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, influencing daily operations and our relationships with partners.

This role combines people management and individual contribution, with KPI development, invoicing, reconciliation, and process documentation. Based in Weston, FL, you will work 8:30–5:30, Monday to Friday, and collaborate across internal

• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Strong references.
• Ability to work from Weston, FL office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• 50% manager, 50% individual contributor
• Develop and monitor weekly KPIs for team members
• Gather and verify information for customer invoices / vendor bills
• Generate timely and accurate customer invoices / vendor bills
• Develop relationships with internal and external parties
• Reconcile details to internal and external systems
• Train team
• Develop and document standard operating procedures
• Be the champion for A/R, A/P within the organization

We’re searching for a skilled manager to join our accounting team to help process, track, and record A/R, A/P in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The manager will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

ReloQuest is the industry leader and the only temporary housing software platform that provides an independent, unbiased and fully transparent solution for clients and their employees needing temporary accommodations, serviced apartments, and hotels, worldwide.

Since inception ReloQuest has provided Clients and their Employees a robust software solution that incorporates, process, policy, unique and flexible features, real time reporting and a transparent view into their housing programs. ReloQuest, also created a solution for Suppliers, who never before had the opportunity to work directly with clients by eliminating the middleman and educating them on how to improve their overall booking performance using features such as win/loss proprietary algorithms.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading A/R and A/P teams
• Experience in driving process improvements
• Software industry experience
