Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6-month contract with a fast-growing technology startup in Los Angeles. You will handle day-to-day AP tasks and ensure timely, accurate payments in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Oracle. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with full-cycle AP processing.
• Startup/SaaS/tech/high-growth background preferred.
• Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle or similar).
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline AP workflows.

Beacon Hill is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity with a growing technology startup. This role will support day-to-day accounts payable operations in a fast-paced environment and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
