Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payables Analyst to join our Accounting team. You will oversee accounts payable activities, ensure accurate bill coding, timely payments, and reconciliations while improving related processes.

If you have a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting and 3–4 years in AP, with experience in Bill.com, Netsuite, and Google Sheets, you’ll thrive in our remote-friendly, globally distributed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Daily AP Operations: manage AP inbox, process invoices, onboard vendors, and resolve discrepancies.
• Analysis & Ownership: monitor AP, identify bottlenecks, verify work before submission, and fix errors.
• Compliance, Close Support, and Ad Hoc: reconcile ledgers, assist year-end 1099, support VAT reclaims, audits, and system rollouts.
• Communicate with spend owners and vendors, document process changes and exceptions.
