Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Accounts Payables Analyst to join our Accounting team. You will oversee AP activities, ensure accurate bill coding, and timely payments while improving related processes.

3–4 years of AP experience in a cloud software environment, with Bill.com, Netsuite, Expensify, Ramp, FloQast, Omnea and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, are highly preferred. You will collaborate across international entities and support audits and VAT reclaims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting, preferably at a Cloud software company.
• Experience using Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, FloQast, Omnea and Netsuite.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and accountability for the work produced.
• Independent troubleshooting and proactive process improvement.

Responsibilities

• AP inbox management: invoices entered or acted upon within 24 business hours of receipt.
• Process vendor invoices: enter, classify, code, and verify in AP and procurement systems.
• New vendor onboarding and maintaining vendor data (W9, addresses, banking details, terms).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; escalate as necessary.
• Monitor AP, identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Independently verify work before submission.
• Communicate with spend owners and vendors; document process changes.
• Reconcile AP ledger; assist year-end 1099 preparation and VAT reclaims.
• Support audits and rollout of new AP systems.
