Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes invoices for accounts payable with proper account coding.
• Maintains the vendor database including adding, merging, activating and deactivating vendors.
• Monitors procurement card transactions and ensures proper coding.
• Processes bi-weekly payroll and payroll-related payments.
