Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Business Planning Specialist I in the United States to support financial accuracy by processing invoices, reviewing purchase orders, and maintaining precise expense controls. You will interact with vendors and act as a key point of contact for accounts payable inquiries.

In this role you will handle high-volume vendor billing, manage vendor additions in the financial system, reconcile statements, and assist with accruals and reclassifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of accounting principles experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with accounts payable and vendor data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of vendor billing and data input.
• Process and review purchase orders throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage vendor additions in the financial system and verify invoices.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve past due invoices.
• Assist with monthly accrual and expense or capital reclassification processes.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts payable inquiries.
• Utilize MS Office for reporting and analysis, identifying process improvements.
