Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of accounting principles experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to handle high-volume, accurate data input.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume vendor billing and data entry to support daily operations.
• Process and review purchase orders through their lifecycle to ensure accurate spending.
• Manage vendor additions in the financial system and verify timely invoice processing.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve past-due invoices.
• Assist with monthly accrual and expense or capital reclassification processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries.
