Job summary

JLM Strategic Talent Partners is looking for an organized and self-oriented candidate to manage tasks across HR, Accounting, and Payroll. You will work directly with teams to ensure logs are updated, and assist with project assignments. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, comfortable in a team environment, and excited about construction projects. The position offers competitive compensation between $20.00 - $28.00 per hour along with benefits. Ongoing HR support and Paid Time Off are also included.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Properly route agreements, contracts and invoices through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed.
• Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed to ensure all inputs are accurate, compliant and timely.
• Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide assistance to the team as needed; research, data entry, etc.
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff.
