Job summary

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, part of Omni Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations and ensure accounts payable controls across the Barton Creek property.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, a preferred Bachelor's Degree, and prior supervisory work in a hotel setting. Weekend flexibility is required to support Finance operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years accounting experience &/or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Prior supervisory experience in hotel setting.
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the department Associates and their work / productivity.
• Assist with accounts payable control house/manager's fund of this property including all banks issued out of this fund for house/associate banks.
• Assist with reinforcement of AP purchase orders, invoices, inventories, and reporting.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with all disciplines affecting Finance compliance & Audit.
• Assist in ensuring a seamless AP process and monitor and approve Accounts Payable batches.
• Assist Director of Finance and Controller with requested tasks.
