Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing (LVUSM) in California is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead high-volume AP across multiple facilities in CA and TX.

This senior role drives process improvements, ensures accurate invoicing in SAP, and coordinates vendor relations while managing a team of AP specialists. The ideal candidate has 5+ years AP experience, 3+ years in leadership, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes across multiple facilities.
• Lead, mentor AP specialists and manage KPI performance.
• Manage vendor inquiries, 3-way matching, and timely payment approvals.
• Ensure accurate vendor invoice entry in SAP and aging/reconciliation reports.
• Support month-end close, audits, and tax documentation.
• Administer Amex P-Card program and reconcile statements.
