Job summary

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processedaccurately and paid timely.

The Impact You'll Make:

• 1099 reporting
• Audit and post PO and Non PO Invoices. Audit and confirm Vendor Master.
• Perform monthly closing procedures. Run weekly reports. Prepare journal entries.

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Business Administration or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable in a fast-pacedenvironment
  Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supervisor role
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Prior knowledge and experience with Internationalpayments/banking requirements.

Pay Range
