Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accounts Payable Staff to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing and verification of invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and code a high volume of vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests with accuracy
• Perform 3‑way matching (matching purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices) to ensure valid billing
• Identify discrepancies or variances and proactively resolve billing issues with internal departments or vendors
• Prepare and execute payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks
• Maintain accurate historical records by digitally filing and organizing paid invoices and support documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries; research and resolve payment discrepancies professionally
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly to ensure all liabilities are captured and account balances are accurate
• Assist the finance team with month‑end closing procedures, including preparing AP accruals

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1‑3 years of experience dedicated to Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping
• Proficiency with ERP/Accounting software (e.g., NetSuite)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to meet strict payment deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $55K~$65K
