Kforce Inc in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations while supporting month-end close.

Responsibilities include matching invoices to POs, verifying pricing and coding, maintaining vendor records, responding to inquiries, and monitoring AP aging to assist cash flow forecasting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience, familiarity with Costpoint or OnBase, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Costpoint or OnBase required.
• Experience with invoice processing, coding, and purchase order matching.
• Experience preparing vendor payments and reconciling vendor accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and approvals.
• Verify pricing, taxes, account coding, and approvals.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and credit card payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding items.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, W-9s, and documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and payment-related issues.
• Monitor AP aging and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and AP reconciliations.
• Prepare AP reports and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist audits and provide requested AP documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
