Job summary

You will support monthly closings, journal entries, cash receipts, grant funds, and ad hoc analyses, collaborating with a busy finance team to ensure timely payments and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
• 1–2 years of applicable accounting experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with Abila MIP Fund Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, including invoices, purchase orders, credit memos and reimbursements.
• Maintain vendor accounts and use the Microix purchase order system.
• Assist with monthly closings, journal entries and financial reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports; support annual financial audit.
