Qualificações

• 2+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Code and approve invoices, and match to purchase orders.
• Prepare payments via check, ACH, wire, and credit card.
• Maintain vendor records and issue 1099 reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and accruals.
• Reconcile accounts payable subledger and vendor statements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
