Job summary

WNS Global Services, a Capgemini unit, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in the United States. The role focuses on PO and non-PO invoice processing, with responsibilities covering vendor reconciliations, month-end closings and supplier communications.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in AP (PTP), strong Spanish (B2) and good English, and solid MS Office and SAP ERP skills. You will work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment supporting multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable (PTP) experience of at least 2 years.
• Fluency in Spanish (B2) and strong English communication.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO invoices with accuracy.
• Monitor and clear on-hold invoices promptly.
• Initiate supplier setup and changes with appropriate approvals.
• Analyze AP open items and perform vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end reports and intercompany reconciliation.
• Support travel and expenses processing.
• Liaise with suppliers via phone and email.
• Produce other PTP related reports as required.
