Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an organized Accounts Payable professional to process invoices accurately using SAP and related systems. You will reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and support monthly reporting while coordinating with operations, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in accounts payable processes, invoice management, and vendor relations.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and customer service skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Office-based role supporting multiple locations and operational teams.
• Frequent interaction with employees, vendors, customers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely using SAP and other company systems.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and support monthly reporting and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business transactions.
