Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to process invoices in SAP and ensure proper coding to the chart of accounts. You will verify vendor accounts, disburse petty cash, and set up new vendors while managing the purchase order process.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong Excel skills, and 2–5 years of data analysis experience. This is a full-time, first-shift position located in Mason, Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Accurate typing and 10-key keypad experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices in SAP.
• Verify vendor accounts and disburse petty cash.
