Enerfab Shared Services in Blue Ash, Ohio is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support vendor payments, expense processing, and SOX compliance. This on-site role offers an hourly range of $25-$28 and requires 3–5 years AP experience with SAP/ERP familiarity.

You will work closely with the AP Supervisor and Clerk, process invoices in SAP Validation Workplace, and ensure proper documentation and timely payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years ofAccounts Payable experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports using Concur to ensure policy and IRS compliance.
• Shadow AP Supervisor and Clerk to observe and gain hands-on exposure to AP functions.
• Facilitate vendor payments, review invoices and check requests for proper coding and documentation.
• Process invoices in SAP Validation Workplace with proper attachments and archiving.
• Review purchase orders for discrepancies and resolve issues as needed.
• Post electronic tax, union, and vendor payments.
• Correspond with vendors to verify ACH information and respond to inquiries.
• Perform SOX controls and assist audits with documentation.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and transactions.
• Assist with 1099 preparation, verification, and distribution.
• Perform other duties as needed.
