Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Specialist, Accounts Payable to support North America AP services. You will process invoices and expense reports, research discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate payments while maintaining controls and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree; Accounting, Finance, or related business field preferred.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience or equivalent.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Research and resolve invoice, expense, or payment discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, vendors, and internal partners promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls in AP activities.
• Complete assigned month-end Accounts Payable closing activities.
• Support reporting, process improvements, and AP projects.
