Qualifications

• Ability to train new Administrators on AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Audit and process credit card bills.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Assist with 1099 maintenance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
