Cadrex is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices and support payment recommendations. You will enter data, run reports, resolve payable discrepancies, and assist with 1099s.

The role partners with internal teams and external suppliers, requiring strong prioritization and organizational skills in a diverse workload. Ideal candidates have 1+ year related experience, strong numeracy, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel

Responsibilities

• Sets up invoices for payment and maintains records of payments
• Investigates discrepancies between PO and invoices; resolves issues
• Vouches invoices and processes for payment
• Prepares monthly A/P accruals and related reports
• Maintains vendor information and reads invoices, packing slips, and POs
• Responds promptly to vendor inquiries
• Administrative duties as needed
