Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Wisconsin seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies. You will maintain records, prepare accruals, and assist with 1099s, vendor setup, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills required.
• Proven problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Sets up invoices for payment and maintains payment records.
• Investigates discrepancies between PO and invoices; resolves issues and processes for payment.
• Maintains good relationships with vendors and follows up on payment-related issues.
• Prepares monthly AP accruals and AP reports.
• Sets up new vendors and maintains vendor data; assists in 1099 preparation.
• Reads invoices, packing slips, PO's, expense reports, and procedures.
