CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices, manage payment data, and resolve payable discrepancies. The role requires organizing a diverse workload and collaborating with internal and external contacts.

A strong eye for detail and accurate data entry are essential. The position involves monthly accruals, vendor setup, and 1099 preparation, with hybrid work options and a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year related experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sets up invoices for payment and maintains payment records.
• Investigates discrepancies between POs and invoices and resolves issues.
• Processes weekly payments via ACH, checks, and wire transfers.
• Prepares monthly A/P accruals and reports.
• Codes and processes weekly employee expense reports.
• Maintains vendor records and 1099 preparation.
