Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit memos.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and credit memos by reviewing quantities, prices, coding and appropriate signatures of approval.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and respond promptly to information requests.
• Provide backup for other staff members.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties including filing, copying, faxing, sending mail and typing.
• Accountable for a safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to safety policies and procedures and incorporate health in all jobs and tasks.
• Adhere to quality practices, follow GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure product quality is maintained.
