Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit memos.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and credit memos by reviewing quantities, prices, coding and signatures of approval.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and respond promptly to information requests.
• Provide backup for other staff members.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties including filing, copying, faxing, sending mail and typing.
• Adhere to safety and health policies and maintain GMP/compliance.
