Responsibilities

• Invoice and expense report processing.
• Research and resolve issues via the automated processing system promptly.
• Provide guidance to internal customers and vendors.
• Review vendor aging and manage vendor records in SAP.
• Process, review and audit employee expense reports in Concur.
• Maintain vendor master data and 1099 information as needed.
• Uphold accounts payable policies and SOX guidelines.
