Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and resolve AP invoice exceptions and errors in the AP module.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoice issues.
• Provide administrative support for Ariba activities; maintain procurement and AP records.
• Prepare basic journal entries and assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Generate ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
• Support process improvements and team objectives.
