Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payment requests, and supplier information accurately.
• Enter invoice data and validate records with high accuracy.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, PO mismatches, and vendor credit issues.
• Perform PO matching, reconciliations, calculations, and financial verifications.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Communicate with vendors, managers, and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Support users with accounting systems and related processes.
• Manage daily tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and policies.
