• Solid Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working with an ERP or accounting system.
• Good Excel skills.

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and payments.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor questions and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate AP records and files.
• Prepare and process payments.
• Assist with month-end close and AP‑related reconciliations.
• Work with other departments to resolve invoice and billing issues.
• Prepare reports and provide general accounting support as needed
