• Solid Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working with an ERP or accounting system.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable researching issues and following through to resolution.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Accounting coursework or degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and payments
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Respond to vendor questions and resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate AP records and files
• Prepare and process payments
• Assist with month-end close and AP-related reconciliations
• Work with other departments to resolve invoice and billing issues
• Prepare reports and provide general accounting support as needed
