Nephrology Associates, P.A. is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator (Controller track) to manage all AP functions at our Newark, DE on-site office. The role focuses on accurately processing invoices and payments in a timely manner, with attention to detail and compliance with procedures.

You will review invoices, reconcile with POs and receiving documents, and coordinate with vendors on discrepancies. This position supports month-end close and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices.
• Review for accuracy and verify approval for payment.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Contact vendors with invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
• Prepare and issue payments following established procedures.
• Maintain accounting records and payment documentation.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
