AEG in New York is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing and payments. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency; BA/BS degree preferred in accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and ImageNow preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting and ticketing systems preferred.
• Music industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, road checks, purchase card transactions, and other expenditures for accuracy, and enter and appropriate code into JD Edwards.
• Contact vendors to request missing invoices and/or request changes to where invoices are submitted.
• Review T&E reports in Concur to ensure expenses are valid and receipts are provided.
• Assist Accounting with forms for Wire Payments, Road Checks and Withholding Tax forms.
• Assist with filling out and submitting new or change vendor forms.
• Contact vendors to verbally verify payment information.
• Support Accounting Manager with other duties and ad hoc accounts payable tasks.
