Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting, reconcile the balance sheet, and conduct monthly closings. The role involves invoicing, coding expenses, and coordinating with regional venues under the guidance of the Accounting Manager or Director of Accounting.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reforecasting, and ensuring compliance with audits. Requires 4–6 years' experience, a BA/BS in Finance/Accounting, and experience with JDE, ImageNow, and Concur; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4-6 years of related work experience.
• Experience with JDE, ImageNow, and Concur.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile balance sheet, GL, AR, and AP.
• Code and audit invoices, road checks, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly closing, journal entries, and analyses.
• Enter cash receipts and relevant regional data into JDE.
• Assist with budgeting and monthly reforecasting.
• Support audits and payroll-related processes.
• Analyze cost data for ROI on partnerships and renewals.
