AEG Worldwide is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle invoicing, payments and related month-end tasks. You will process invoices, verify receipts, and code expenses in JD Edwards while coordinating with vendors for questions and changes.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting, Concur expense reviews and support for wire payments, with a broad range of accounts payable duties in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency; BA/BS preferred.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience with JDE and Image Now preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting and ticketing systems preferred.
• Music industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, road checks, purchase card transactions and code them in JD Edwards.
• Contact vendors to request missing invoices or changes.
• Review T&E reports in Concur for receipts and validity.
• Assist with wire payments, road checks and withholding tax forms.
• Assist with vendor forms and changes as needed.
• Support accounting manager with ad hoc requests.
