CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. DBA CCFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Bismarck, ND to manage the full AP cycle across multiple entities. You will ensure invoices, payroll, and payments adhere to internal policies while maintaining vendor relationships and accuracy.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $20–$23 per hour based on experience. Join a detail-oriented finance team focused on timely, precise processing.

Qualifications

• Proficient at using common PC word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
• Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.

• Process and record accounts payable transactions accurately.
