Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume AP experience.
• Experience managing AP for multiple entities.
• Full-cycle AP knowledge from receipt to payment.
• Proficiency with three-way matching.
• Strong vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Excellent attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system; multi-entity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities in a high-volume setting.
• Process and code a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving docs; research discrepancies.
• Review invoices for discounts, approvals, coding, and documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding invoices and credits.
• Prepare and process payments ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain AP records and assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries and build relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and internal controls.
