• Strong GL coding, account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Process and review high volumes of vendor invoices with accurate coding.
• Allocate expenses across funds, entities, and departments.
• Manage vendor payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and month-end close tasks.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly reporting and audits as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
