Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to process high volumes of invoices accurately and on time. You will perform PO matching, validate details, and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The role requires 2+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset. You will support month-end close and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (intermediate or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform PO matching and validate invoice details, coding, and approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies across systems and supplier accounts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues and drive timely resolution.
• Communicate with suppliers to address billing issues and payment status.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate account balances.
• Coordinate with Treasury on urgent or off-cycle payments.
• Maintain supplier master data and onboarding updates.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audits.
• Identify and support continuous improvement in procure-to-pay processes.

You\'ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform purchase order matching and validate invoice details, coding, and approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies across internal systems and supplier accounts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Operations, Finance) and business leaders to resolve invoicing issues and drive timely resolution
• Communicate directly with suppliers, as needed, to address billing issues, payment status, and account discrepancies
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate supplier account balances.
• Coordinate with Treasury on urgent or off-cycle payments.
• Maintain supplier master data, including onboarding and updates.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the procure-to-pay process.

The TOOLS you\'ll bring with you:
