CelLink is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP, ensuring accuracy in debits/credits and GL postings. The role supports manufacturing operations with vendor statement reviews, cycle counts, and weekly payments, bridging finance and shop-floor activity.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP or general accounting, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with SYSPRO or similar ERP systems. EEO employer.

Formación

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of dedicated accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Core Accounting Skills: Debits/credits, GL account structures, and financial reconciliations.
• Analytical Skills: Research ledger anomalies and resolve discrepancies.
• ERP Software: Proficiency with ERP systems; SYSPRO experience is a plus.
• Industry Context: Manufacturing, production or distribution environment preferred.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel capabilities (data entry, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Physical Requirements: Able to navigate a manufacturing facility and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Three-Way Matching: Review, code, and reconcile high-volume invoices against purchase orders and warehouse receiving logs.
• Accounting Fundamentals: Apply debits, credits, and accruals to ensure expenses are coded to the GL.
• Reconciliations: Routine vendor statement reconciliations and sub-ledger alignment with AP GL.
• Discrepancy Research & Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing variances and price discrepancies.
• Inventory & Audit Support: Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Payment Execution: Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams.
