Job summary

CelLink Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP within manufacturing operations. You will ensure accuracy through AP-to-GL reconciliations, vendor statement reviews, and discrepancy resolution, while supporting routine cycle counts on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP or accounting, strong debits/credits knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems (SYSPRO a plus). Collaboration with procurement and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of debits/credits and GL impact.
• Experience with reconciliations and vendor statements.

Responsibilities

• Three-Way Matching: review, code, and reconcile invoices against PO and receiving logs.
• Apply accounting fundamentals to ensure expenses are correctly coded to the GL.
• Perform routine reconciliations of vendor statements and the AP sub-ledger.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing, price, and quantity variances.
• Participate in routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits on the production floor.
• Prepare and execute weekly payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and warehouse to optimize receiving-to-payment flow.
